My guitar wizardry is so profound that in earlier times I’m sure I would have been burned as a witch. I also indulge in the occasional frenetic keypounding eclipse of old time styles from honky-tonk to mondo classic pop. I’ve also been known for my out breaks of 80′s synth solos!!!

“It’s all about the songs” is probably the best piece of advise anyone ever gave me and when starting The Dirty Youth. It was always going to be the main focus of the band to create sexy songs with big choruses!

So sit back brace yourself and please take the time to listen to what we have to offer! Most importantly don’t forget to go to live gigs and continue to support people that dedicate their lives with blind ambition just to get up in front of you and perform the music they hope you’ll dig! A good friend of mine often says “you can’t download the atmosphere of a live gig!!”
